If you wish to return an item and get a refund this can be done by returning the package in the same condition as it came. Once the item has arrived then the refund process will begin and you will receive the total amount of the top and deduct the shipping costs from the total amount of the order. The return should be covered by the customer unless its to exchange for another product.
